Thank you for those who added their report ID. I forwarded that info to the team so that they could take a look and see what they can find.
From what I see, this doesn't seem to be a "game" issue, but it is more of an "account" issue on the backend. That is what I am getting verified.
Once they give me word, I will let you know.

Yeah I had my suspicions on that, sounds like we may be getting closer to the cause of it.

wexxam You are most welcome. We have all tested it to see what the issue is. I updated the team on everything I could find. Hopefully, they can get it resolved on our end.

wexxam I am waiting for an update this morning. Being the weekend, things are slowed down, so hopefully, I will hear soon about what the cause is. It doesn't seem to be affecting everyone, as a few of us have tested it.
