So, im having the same problem as many have already reported. Everything you can possibly think about is up to date, i already ran the terminal as an administrator and used the commands as suggested in other thread, i literally tried everything and nothing works, the game just wont launch for anything.
The game's minimum system requirements call for a dedicated GPU that is at least as fast as an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 or an AMD Radeon R9. The AMD Radeon™ Graphics in your PC are fare below that level.
From the technical point of few your DxDiag shows many "VIDEO_ENGINE_TIMEOUT_DETECTED" errors.
Meaning the graphic system did not responded in a from Windows deviated time and a "AppHangB1" error that is directly associated with Veilguard .
Both errors can be driver related.
You can try to use the "AMD Cleanup Utility" to clean uninstall the driver and reinstall it afterwards.
