Permanent Buff gone after save and reload
Have an issue where the “permanent buffs” we can buy from certain vendors disappears after you reload a save or save and reload and you can’t find them again since you’ve already bought those buffing...

I have taken note of the buffs. If it keeps happening, please let me know the following:
Which platform
Which buff
Was the buff active before or after the current patch
Any videos if you can
Save files before or after the patch if you can upload them from PC.
If you happen to see anyone else calling out this too, let me know!
