Utility Cloak & Possible Footsoldiers Armament Bug

When wearing the ulility cloak antiva transmog if you are hit with poison or fade affliction it will transform into a grey warden armor and cape… not sure why this is happening. 

Also not sure if this is related but the Footsoldiers Armament (Tevinter) has a grey warden cape?? That doesn’t seem right and I hope that wasn’t a huge error by the design team.
