Charge not recognized
On my Visa Bill. Dec l2 transaction date, EA *Electronic Arts $24.85. What is this charge please? I never got anything from you except "Free" Sims 4 game. That's it. Never got a receipt mentioning this charge. What is it? Want it reversed please.
