Don't showing Mass Legendary, NFS Heat and GRID Legends on EA App

Same here. Shows on the origin web page (https://www.origin.com/gbr/en-us/game-library). Clicking on the title there tells you to launch the origin app - launch that and all 3 titles are missing.

Thanks for reaching out about this. 

We're currently looking into the reports of these games not showing in the EA App after they're claimed through Prime Gaming. 

In the meantime you should be able to install and launch them through Origin. If you need more info on how to install Origin check out the EA Help website.

Hi there, thx for the help. Currently only Mass effect: Legendary Edition is showing up through the origin platform and not NFS Heat and Grid Legends. On the EA app none of the games is showing up in my library and I have logged out of the app and back in. Thank you again for the help and hope this reply also helps.

Could you try clearing the cache for the EA App and see if that makes any difference?

Hi again, so I have tried to clear my cache but to no avail and the issue is still there. Attached is what my library currently looks like on the EA app and origin.com website.
