EA desktop wont launch some games

I have installed Fifa 21, Battlefield V and Dragon Age:Inquisition. I frequently play on Fifa 21 and get 0 issues with playing it. I also played through all the mass effect games without issue. Have occasionally played Battlefield V before and have just downloaded DA:I. Whenever I now try to load up DA:I or Battlefield V, the loading screen pops up on EA Desktop but then nothing opens. I have EAPlay via GamePass so I try to launch them through that and get an error message saying

"An Error of an unresolvable nature has occured"

"We've encountered a particulartly stubbon issue, so sit tight while we try to reconnect you. This screen will update automatically"

EA Desktop will also show the Temporarily lost connection screen even though the internet connection is fine

I noticed it after installing DA so I read up about AVG causing issue and have removed that from my PC. I've tried to put the UAC on the lowest setting, completely disabled Windows Defender and reinstalled the game, reinstalled Visual C++, reinstalled EA Desktop, done a clean boot, cleared the cache. I've been in contact with EA support and they I had some DLL errors that needed fixing and I sorted that too.

I tried to run in compatibility mode and window mode but nothing changes. The only thing that does happen is when I try to run as administator it will bring up the message box to say

"Your game failed to launch" "An error on our end caused your launch to fail. Try again a little later"

I can see in task manager that the game is showing up temporarily and then closes down.

Not sure what else I can do
