EA support sucks

When my EA account was first created back in 2016 it was made using a Verizon email address. The Verizon email address was never migrated over to aol and now I'm stuck with an email address that I legit no longer have access to and I am now unable to change any account information now because of it. I've tried EA support for the last and and half and it absolutely sucks, no other way to describe it. Does anyone have anyway to contact an actual person to help get this issue resolved because the AI assistant has literally done absolutely nothing of use for me?

    Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. As long as you can verify ownership of the account, support should be able to update the email address. The best I can advise is to open another case with support so they can verify you own the account and update the email.
