Email linked to PSN is not mine

I want to sign into EA online to play online and it’s telling me that due to not logging in for a while my login is invalid, my problem is that they are sending the recovery email to a email address that i have never seen. Is there a way that i can change that email to my email? Or do i have to do what i fear most and create new PSN? Any help would be appreciated.
