Permanent ban
My account was compomised on May 3rd, 2025. By May 5th, my EA account was banned. Within a few days of this compromise I had managed to recover the accounts that were compromised, and have not had any issues since. However when contacting EA sports in regards to the ban, I was advised that the ban was appropriate and that no further action would be taken. I just want my son to be able to play the Madden '25 I bought him. It's really frustrating as I don't know what else to do.
