Have not heard back from EA support for more than 5 days about my EA account getting compromised and I also no longer have access to the account as the account email address has been changes by the hacker. Also unable to unlink my steam account from that EA account because of that.
So far Epic Games support has taken care of this issue much faster than EA has as my Epic Games account has been resolved to this day.
Community ManagerYou did the right thing by trying to contact the support team. They can help update the email on the EA account and guide you through the account recovery steps from there.
If there's been no response pn your case after a few days or if you're in any way concerned, the case may have fallen through for whatever reason, get back in touch with the support team again by creating a new case and referencing the case number for the one you're concerned about.
