Issue with making purchases using the same card on multiple accounts

As I mentioned before, it is permissible to use the same credit card on more than one account, and I did that, but despite that, my credit card was banned from your system. I spoke to support via chat and reviewed the following link, but it was not helpful for my problem.

I also checked the bank's application and there were no rejected transactions. I also spoke with the bank's customer service and there were no transactions that occurred on your part for the bank to reject or accept.

I used my credit card on your website on more than one account and then it was blocked from payment and I asked my friend to use his credit card and he paid normally twice and then it was also blocked from your system. Please help me.
