FIFA points missing

please make sure you bought the Points for the right edition (FC 26) and wait a while - it can take up to 24 hours for points to be reflected on your account.

Hey man, I know it’s a glitch because I also have it, you know it’s a glitch, but the support team and the community managers just keep saying “wait 24 hours” waiting 24 hours won’t do anything because our EA account is desynced from PSN and it seems like EA doesn’t care to fix it. It’s a big issue with so many people experiencing it. I guess they just took our money and there is nothing we can do.

sounds like you already contacted EA Support - what did they tell you?  

They suggested buying FC points through PSN and when I didn’t get the points they said we can’t do anything wait 24 hours, but that’s not the issue, the issue is my store is broken 

SirMcGarbage​, so you didn't buy the points through the PSN store? Where did you purchase them? 

I did purchase them through PSN after I was told to do so by support, never got the points in my account. 

SirMcGarbage​, make sure to check your transaction history on your PlayStation account to see if the order went through and all. If it has and the points still don't show up, get back in touch with EA support for more help.
