Fantasy FC League opponent forfeited but I still got a loss

In my final game of the Fantasy FC League, I faced an massive issue, either caused due to hacking/exploitation from my opponent or failure from the server.

In the video you can see that I am winning 8-0 in the match, my opponent kicks the ball out of play, pauses and leaves the match showing me a message that they have forfeited. After a brief delay, I am somehow booted from the servers and out of the Ultimate Team game mode despite my internet remaining fully stable. As a result, I somehow received a loss and missed out on the 20-win rewards in the objectives. 

The EA support has been relatively unhelpful so far, so hoping this will get some eyes on the issue and get me my rightful 20-win rewards that I fought for.

I would love to know if anyone else has faced this issue and managed to get rightful compensation while playing this game
