My game crashes and closes
I'm trying to play The Sims 2 - Legacy Collection on the Steam platform, but when I open the game and choose one of the worlds to play, the game goes to the loading screen and closes right after.
My computer has compatible settings to play, so much so that I played it a while ago. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled it, I've already made the settings suggested by the helpers here in the chat, I've already changed the game's compatibility to Windows 7 and 8, I've already disabled and enabled options, I've already cleared the cache. I don't know how to solve this anymore.
How can I solve this, please? Since I'm unable to play the game I bought.
