Also, don’t forget to add both the game and the EA app to the exception list in your antivirus and firewall settings. Be sure to launch everything as an administrator.

I repaired 2013 and 2015 , when tried to install the newest one it gave me the same message "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable"

Do you have all the latest Windows updates installed? Could you confirm which version of Windows you are using? Have you also tried installing the other C++ Redistributable versions from the official website?

Yeah I am, using Windows 11, It says I have installed the game , It is on my Documents , on my storage it is on the " other " and not installed apps, maybe it will open tomorrow

Try clearing the cache files for the EA app, then reset the default settings. If you’ve changed the installation folder before, make sure to set it back to the default as well.
