Purchase of battlefield 4

Hello,

i just bought battlefield 4 and it doesnt show up in the (Bibliothek) and i also bought battlefield 5 and i can not start it, i bought it from steam and even i installed the ea anticheat, its still show a error. and after i try to start the game, i cant use the full ea app.

what is this??
