Summarize your bug 游玩了有38小时，突然出现的问题，游戏启动以后在后台有游戏进程运行，但是没有游戏窗口，这种情况持续10分钟左右进程会自动关闭。重启电脑和卸载重装游戏和ea平台都无法解决

What happens when the bug occurs? 打开游戏有游戏进程缺没有游戏窗口，游戏无法启动游玩，10分钟左右进程会自动结束
What do you expect to see? 寻求解决办法
