‎I want to add Crysis Warhead to my EA account (redeem code) but code is invalid

Platform:PC

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? The game will not start
What do you expect to see? A want game to start

I want to add Crysis Warhead (that I bought in Best Buy a long time ago) to my EA account but it says that the code is invalid. 

The game is installed on my PC but it will not start because it cannot be activated (or registered) because it opens a non-existent web site.

How to solve this?

    Got the same problem with crysis but i cannot open a case - it directs me once again to the aswer hq. I've bought Crysis game and I wanna play it. You guys cannot be serious when a player cannot activate a valid code...

    What is happening when you try to open a case? Which options are you choosing? Are you choosing Codes and Promotions > Invalid Code?

    The pop-up window for opening case didn't come up, but it finally showed. Now I'm waiting for resolutions of my cases. Thanks
