accidently deleted files and now cant uninstall

Summarize your bug i accidently deleted some of the crysis files while using ea desktop, now i cant uninstall or install crysis help please ;-;
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1: install crysis (dont know if this happens with other games) 2: delete crysis icons off of desktop via recycle bin 3: attempt to uninstall crysis but dosnt work
What happens when the bug occurs? im not able to install or uninstall crysis 1 (i am NOT using crysis disk, i am using crysis game from ea desktop)
What do you expect to see? some help?

IGNORE THE ERROR ID, I JUST PUT SOMETHING RANDOM it does not give me an error id, it just simply dosnt download, nothing pops up it just says "downloading" when it isnt
