Summarize your bug MAJOR ERROR Whoops! Our bot authentication found an error. Please try again.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Taking a look into my account
What happens when the bug occurs? I cant appeal my ban
What do you expect to see? A solution

Hello, so iust made this account because i got a game on steam, and now im permanently banned. Im currently trying to appeal my ban by sending a ticket but i have tried from different computars and different browsers and none work, it always says "Whoops! Our bot authentication found an error.".

Please help i dont even know why i got ban.

    Hi there, @thugmetro 

    Can you try using a different device? Also, make sure you're using a Chrome browser. If you're on a mobile device, use desktop mode for the browser and in incognito so that cookies aren't an issue. Let me know how it goes. Thank you.

  • I have already tried from 2 different computers, 6 different browsers, incognito mode, mobile device and nothing works.

    Unfortunately, we can't do that. Can you create another account to see if that works?

    @thugmetro 

    Did you try a Microsoft Edge browser? I see some others having success with this.

    Also, if that doesn't help, try creating a case without logging in.

  • yes i have tried many different ways and nothing works, do you have an email address where i can send my dispute directly?.

    This is so frustrating, i literally got banned for buying a game.

    Hello,

    This issue is currently being investigated. The best I can tell you is to just keep trying. Others that have reported this say it started working after a few days.
