Account banned from takeover

This is the penalty that was given to me from someone hacking my account. I tried to appeal but the kicker is the hacker changed my primary email address that I didn't set up to his but my secondary is mine. I cant do a case because it says i need to wait 2 hours but vie been trying that for some time now. I would really like my account back and to be able to enjoy my old games that my dead brother use to play on WITH THIS ACCOUNT. I hate hackers man, this is one of the few things I have left of my bro.
