Add ons greyed out in EA App? Can't download and install For Rent.

Question

I just bought For Rent and was able to put the download code in, but it won't let me download, and shows my game library as having the Windows version of Sims 4 as well.

Even though the game opens and plays on my Mac with all the DLC's I have listed in the picture.

As far as I know, all codes used were Mac/Windows universal.

It's not letting me download For Rent, and I've managed to open the game and it works fine.

Opening and then closing the EA app still shows this weird issue.

I'll repair my game, then consider re-installing the EA app to see if that helps.

KingPluto97​&nbsp; Sorry for the late reply.&nbsp; Do you own the base game in Steam?&nbsp; If so, try removing it from your Steam library, then clearing the EA App's cache (again):

If that doesn't help, you could instead unlink your Steam and EA accounts, under Account Settings on ea.com, and clear the App's cache yet again.

I've seen similar accounts of the above issue within the EA App. The Sims 4 is suddenly incompatible with Mac and only Windows. When I select 'Manage Add-Ons', some packs are in B&amp;W with a slash through them. However, the rest are fine. So, is this just a glitch with the update? Are the packs supposed to open once more in another app like Origin, or are the packs no longer compatible with Mac?&nbsp;&nbsp;

I repaired all of my games and then re-installed the EA App, which seemed to fix it, but I didn't see anyone else having the issue.
