Adding a friend
I cannot add a friend in the EA app. We both have our privacy settings checked, we are friends on steam and the accounts are linked, we've tried searching by both account IDs and emails, nothing work...

This is generally an issue on one of your ends and involves troubleshooting to get to the bottom of it.

@EA_Darko Right, but isn't my list already a list of troubleshooting? Any ideas of something we haven't tried yet?
