AE app account issue PC and PS4

I have been playing The Sims franchise since its inception in early 2000. I have purchased multiple packs and spent thousands of Rands on this game. I started using the Origin app in 2012 and purchased many packs here, both digital and physical DLCs. After a few years, I started playing on PS4. Here, I also spent a lot of money re-purchasing game content that I already owned on PC years before.
Recently, I started playing on PC again and found that the Origin app no longer exists, having been replaced by the EA app. It took me days, weeks, even, to try and log back into my original "Origin" account to access the games I had purchased back in 2012. To my surprise, I finally gained access to this account under the email
Although I had finally managed to set up my old account, I continued playing on PS4. When I started playing on PC a few months ago, I decided to reinstall two games I have physical copies of - I have the game codes in a physical case - I was unable to install the games as they stated that the codes were already redeemed.
After struggling for hours to understand why, I finally understood. Somehow, my PlayStation account under the email was linked to my PC's EA app All purchases made after linking these accounts fell under my PlayStation profile name, which is why I couldn't install the packs I had physical copies of, as they were no longer linked to just my PC. Although my fishhh66 account and my marelise.93 accounts are also linked to my email.
I have spent so much money purchasing and repurchasing content for the Sims. I am absolutely heartbroken at the fact that I can't play the games I paid for.

I own 10 Sims packs - two of which are physical

Plants Vs Zombies game
On the account LazyLiesie_93
I have only logged 31 hours of game play
I own 10 Sims Packs - no physical, only digital
I also own The Sims 25th Birthday Bundle (Sims1 & Sims2)
Is there ANY possible way, these accounts can be linked or merged so that I can access all the games I own? Is there any way I can maybe receive the codes for the two games I physically purchased so that I can play them again? PLEASE! I truly am so gutted as it was due to the EA app and my PlayStation accounts linking and messing up my login info. PLEASE!!!!!!! I just need access to "Get To Work" and "City Living" as I have the physical codes. If these two games can be carried over to my current account, or if the games from my current account can be carried over to my first, original account, I would be so grateful! I can even provide proof of all the packs I have purchased for PC and PlayStation to prove how much money I have already spent. I simply cannot afford to lose access to these games! 😭
