Sims 3 add-ons not showing

Hello, 

as I do not use my old laptop anymore I decided to download the ea app onto my MacBook so I can play the Sims 3 as I loaded the game, It only showed that I had three expansion packs and all my other ones were missing.

My packs were purchased years ago. I’m going to say around 2016/2017 when origin was a thing. Obviously this was years ago so my discs with the codes are in the bin is when EA became a thing. I didn’t need to use it because all of my games were in the EA library how do I get my games back into my library so that I can play them and don’t need to use my old slow laptop that takes hours just to load the game up

When I go into my manage add-ons, it only shows the free expansion packs that work these are late night showtime and pets. All of my other packs have completely disappeared. When I go on my laptop all of the Sims games I have show on my homepage but on the EA app they do not exist but if I load up the Sims, I can play all the packs on my old laptop when I load the Sims up on my MacBook it only lets me play the three that I have in my add-ons that show.

The only discs that I actually have are university life outdoor living stuff and design and high tech stuff but the codes in these are missing probably because I chucked them away years ago

Please can somebody help me as I have spent a lot of money on all of my Sims games to now not be able to play them all
