all games windowed + infinite loading screen

Summarize your bug everytime i launch a game either through steam or the EA app, (all games were purchased on the Steam Store) the game pops up windowed, and i just see a black screen with a moving loading symbol.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? by trying to launch a game? idk
What happens when the bug occurs? see summary
What do you expect to see? i expect the game that i paid for to run lol

    @RatTailGod Which games are you launching this happens with? Would it be possible to get a clip of this happening?

    @EA_Illium here is a quick video. i didnt let the games go forever, but i assure you they hang in this state for ever. if you see the hours played on each game (minus bf4 because it used to work before the EA app) thats all from sitting there waiting on the loading screens. but currently it does this with every battlefield game i have.Ive even reinstalled all games multiple times and tried to verify files and restart ea app and all that jazz.

    @EA_Illium  I have tried to clear the EA cache, (and ive also tried reinstalling EA APP)

    All games have either been completely redownloaded and installed and files verified,

    Nvidia Drivers are all up to date, and have set All games to run at maximum or Optimal setttings in Nvidia Geforce,

    Ive followed teh steps for a "clean boot" and after goping through every process nothing has changed and the games still react as they did in the video i provided each time.
