Summarize your bug When I play Apex it gives the message that I need to update apex to join a server. Unfortunately when I back out to the EA App to update the game. There are no signs that the game needs to be updated and the only options are to play the game, uninstall the game or repair the game. Automatic updates are enabled but since EA app doesn't recognize that there is an update for Apex, Nothing happens. The only option is to full repair Apex to apply an update.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open EA app when there is an update available. EA app will report no update being available therefore you cannot update.
What happens when the bug occurs? You are unable to force the game to update and are forced to fully repair
What do you expect to see? An update available button that replaces the option to start the game.
Hey @PeterPHardus To confirm you already tried the repair option? Can you try starting a download for another game, and if it start cancel after about 10% and check if update shows any update on the left hand side of EA App?
