When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) I don't remember, it's a couple of months
Summarize your bug If you select App Recovery from Start>App Recovery it doesn't work.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click App Recovery from Start>App Recovery
What happens when the bug occurs? The App Recovery doesn't start, there's a pop up error instead.
What do you expect to see? I want the App Recovery to work from Start>App Recovery

I tried a lot of times to submit a report by putting a check mark on the box, but the problem was never fixed. And even restarting the app, the next time if I try to start App Recovery from Start>EA>App Recovery I always get the same error popup.

Hi @GiardiniDiMarzo Thanks for the translation!

Can we try the secondary method of clearing the apps cache:

Open the Start menu.

Find EA and click the downward arrow to expand.

Select App Recovery.

A confirmation window will pop up.

Click Clear Cache.

If this continues can we also try the following steps?

Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
