App wont install

I downloaded the Life and death Pack a few hours ago, however when i hit download it stuck and wouldnt move past zero and eventually gave an error. I restarted my laptop (windows if that helps), cleared cache, did everything and nothing happened. Last option was to delete the EA app which i did after which it now refuses to download giving me the INST-14-12029 error. My wifi works perfectly so I know its not my network, please help me ive tried everything i paid and havent even gotten to play it.
