Battlefield 3 "This code has already been redeemed."


Hello. A long time ago, about 9 years ago, I purchased the Battlefield 3 disk. I installed it and registered with the Origin account "Mattv87" . Recently, I regained access to my account, but I couldn't find the purchased game in the library. Unlike Steam, where all games remain available in the library even after a period of inactivity. When I tried to add the game again, I received the message "This code has already been redeemed." Why can't I add the game to the library when it should already be there?

    Make sure you are logging in with the account the code was redeemed on.

    Thank you. I remembered that I used another email address years ago. I reset the password and found the games in the library.


    How do I delete a created topic? Or please close it as resolved. Thank you
