Self explanatory title. im getting error bf1.exe application could not start correctly 0xc000007b. ive tried Dll replacements, reinstalling directx, vc redistributions

I've tried every solution on the internet and the forum.
Reinstalled EA app and BF1 over 5 times and tried different drives, including the OS drive.
ALL Drivers are updated.
NET Framework is updated.
C++ Redistributables is updated.
DirectX is updated.
Ingame overlay is disabled.
No ApplicationUI.exe in registry to delete.
This is a clean Windows installation less than 2 months old.
No other game does this. What the hell is going on? EA support being US and Canada exclusive kind of just adds to the frustration.
