Broken font in many places of EA APP after opening update menu

Hello, for few weeks I am experiencing issue with broken fonts. 

After launching app, fonts seems fine but every click causes fonts to degrade more and more. Updating games / going to update menu seems to trigger complete font breakdown. Here is example of "sale ending" text. Hovering over this button or going to library section fixes font but going to update menu again breaks fonts again instantly.

I tried clearing %LOCALAPPDATA%\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\CEF\BrowserCache and using help -> app recovery -> clean cache but it did not help at all.

I believe this is related to gpu acceleration of UI/fonts but I see no switch to disable it. Disabling HAGS in win 10 settings did not help. Updating edge webview did not help either. Maybe there is simple fix like "add --disable-gpu to applciation shortcut" or something like this?
