no i don’t have that, i never had problems the whole time but out of nowhere the ea app didn’t start no more and then i tried to uninstall it and now i can’t reinstall it no more
Community ManagerThanks for checking. Next, try running the install as an administrator. Right click on the install file and choose Run as administrator.

This is exactly what is happening to us. I have tried ALL of the trouble shooting and nothing is working. I am absolutely confused as to what happened. I tried to download EA onto an SSD to see if that would help with space - that didn't work either. It was working perfectly the night before.
