no i don’t have that, i never had problems the whole time but out of nowhere the ea app didn’t start no more and then i tried to uninstall it and now i can’t reinstall it no more

This is exactly what is happening to us. I have tried ALL of the trouble shooting and nothing is working. I am absolutely confused as to what happened. I tried to download EA onto an SSD to see if that would help with space - that didn't work either. It was working perfectly the night before.
EA_Aljo,EA_Leeuw This is not an acceptable response!! We have paid a lot of money for these games, if the games run on Windows 7 we should still be able to play them. You need to get us a work around to run without the ea app. JuqqernauT07 provided what I think could be a good work around. Simply telling us that you’re sorry but ea will no longer support Windows 7 is poor customer service. We are still customers, you took our money with no trouble! Leaving us with no work around could be considered stealing from your customers.
