This error occurs because you have a different EA account connected to this game than the one you are currently using.

Try contact EA support to unlink your old account from Epic Games or, if you remember your e-mail and password to the previous account try to login to this account.

the main issue is that problem appears even without login into any account, thats the issue when we try to launch the install on epic the first message is the error, not even tried to log any account, is impossible
