Can’t login to EA app using child account

Hi

im trying to login to the EA app on PC using a child account.

I have the EA ID and the password.

when I try to login I get the message “Your credentials are incorrect or have expired. Please try again or reset your password”.

I have reset the password but I then get the same message when trying to sign in using the new password.
