Can i install install a game from ea app without having to download it!!

Can i install install a game from ea app without having to download it!!i recently re-installed my windows and since it's hard for me to redownload my games i copied them to my external harddrive once i installed EA app i opened my acount and copy/pasted my games to&nbsp;c:\program files\EA Games\&nbsp;ea app didn't recognize them and it's downloading them from all over again.please help!!!!!

no you cannot install a game from the EA app without downloading it as the game files are always stored in servers that are owned by EA themselves the games are kept up to date and repaired by the EA app to ensure they work correctly i Do Not work for EA Nor i am An EA employee.
