Can not see my case / can not log in to the app
Hello,
I recently submitted a case, but it does not appear in the "My Cases" section of my profile. I have saved the case ID: dd6d8fc5-8ddc-4a56-8dc0-10e320aab3f0. While I am interested in understanding why the case is not visible, my primary concern is resolving the issue itself. The problem involves difficulties logging into the EA app through other platforms such as Steam and Epic Store. Despite having the EA app installed and being logged in separately, I am repeatedly prompted to log in again when trying to play EA games from these platforms, resulting in an error message suggesting to try again later.
