Hi @xelectrocx,

The random string of letters and numbers is not your case ID, it looks to be an EA app Error Reporter ID.

In addition to that, it looks to be that the issue you're describing is the following: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/INVESTIGATION-EA-app-for-PC-amp-Mac-Fails-to-Remember-quot-Keep/td-p/13730934.
