I recieved a key from my cousin who lives in the US. He sent me a key of Battlefield 1 that he had because of prime gaming. I tried activating it in the EA Desktop app and it recognizes the key but fails to register it. Attaching screenshots.

no it hasnt been. it was kept dormant and was only redeemed today. that's why its so confusing
Community ManagerYour cousin will need to speak with Prime gaming I'm relation to this @darkusesorigin as I recall the game was given away free as part of it a number of months ago and those codes often have to be redeemed by a certain date or are tied to the account linked to Prime Gaming.
