Missing Free Kits?

Hey all, really appreciate any guidance or help in advance, thank you!! I messaged EA Support but they told me to make a post here instead.

I was building a room in TS4 and I went to put up a curtain rod that I remember using before and I couldn't find it. I looked up the rod for reference and I noticed that it came from Desert Luxe. I swear I remember claiming this forever ago during some kind of special event, and I could've sworn it was on the Origin app, not the EA one, but I went to my library and lo and behold, it's not showing as owned :( I feel like there was another one too - maybe Blooming Rooms? But I could be mixing it up with a different one!! Or maybe I'm making it up! 😅😭

I play the Sims sporadically, for like a month or two a year, and I've only just recently migrated to the EA app as a result (a few months ago now tbf) - not sure if that has something to do with it?
