I probably had the worst customer service experience regarding this issue. I waited for around 2 hours to connect to an assistant, told that I tried everything mentioned in this message and none of them worked. The person recommended me to buy the pack via the website, which also does not work at all (the button "proceed to checkout" was clickable but did not respond). After that, I was suggested to use a different payment method, in my location the only payment method supported is by a credit card; but the person kept telling me the same "please use a different method" "it is not supported" "you can use either a credit card or iDeal" "iDeal is not supported in my location, am I not being clear?" then, I was told they have nothing to do with their side. Sure, as a customer, I need to find a way out, even to BUY THE GAME.
