Xbox Game Pass EA Games Redirecting to EA App and Asking Me to Buy

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with downloading EA games through Xbox Game Pass (I have an active subscription).

When I try to install any EA game from the Xbox app on PC, it first shows “Preparing,” but then it redirects me to the EA app. Once there, instead of letting me download the game through Game Pass, it says I need to buy the game.

Here’s what I’ve already checked:

My Xbox Game Pass subscription is active (Premium)

I am signed into the correct Xbox account

The issue happens with multiple EA games
