Only on some Sims 4 expansion packs I cannot add them to my cart. Only those that are not on sale can be added but those are on sale cannot be added to the cart like Lovestruck or For Rent. Apart from Sims 4 expansions that are on sale I can add any other thing. It says something went wrong while adding items to the cart or gives the error ref #pricenotfound. What is the solution? I have tried app recovery, restarting trying to buy from the web site etc.
EA_Darko Hi- As I mentioned in the post, I have no problem paying because I don't even get to that screen. It's impossible to add to the cart at all. When you try to add a package to the cart, a pop-up appears from the cart icon saying there was a problem updating the cart. However, when I clicked on a pre-made bundle created for the sale, it was added to my cart.
Any solusions? I have the same issue. Please respond before the sales end.

This issue happens for me as well, I can only buy bundles and Enchanted by Nature :(
Please, someone help/answer. This is a bug in the EA system. There is no problem with payment! We can't add items to the cart to pay for them. The cart is empty because there is a "problem updating the cart."
