Cannot link EA Account to Xbox Account

EA,I am at a loss of what to do with linking my EA account to my Xbox account.The issue began with about 7-8 months ago, Apex Legends did an update and after the update finished and I started the game, it requested I reset my password using my EA account email.&nbsp;"It's been awhile since we've seen you, so your login credentials have expired. The good news: all you need to do is reset your password. We just sent a password reset to email ******. Need help? See what to do if you don't have access to t hat email anymore: http://x.ea.com/ea/cant-login"I never received said email and I even checked all junk and spam folders. I logged into the account on the EA.com website and had no issue accessing (after making a new password since I hadn't need to log in after 10 years...).I tried numerous things like logging out and logging back in to my Xbox account on the console itself. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Apex Legends a few times. I have also tried by removing the access granted to EA directly from my Microsoft account and going back through EA Help and using the log in through my Xbox account first to link to my EA account.&nbsp;I gave up after a few days of this and just accepted I couldn't play EA games anymore on my Xbox.I have now tried again today redoing all the methods I tired before, even trying to chat with someone from EA and this proved unsuccessful because they continued to tell me they couldn't verify I was the owner of the account.I don't know what to do at this point and I have tried looking up anyone else who has had this problem and found a successful solution.ThanksCWitz

@EA_Solaire This once again did nothing. This was my second time spending time going through steps that didn't work.

Currently I have unlinked my gamertag from my EA and then was asked to re-link. When I go to relink, I use the EA Help button at the top and follow those directions. I give EA permission with my Microsoft to link and it then just sends me to update my password to access my account. It does this every time and I have lost track of how many times I have tried this and when I check "Connections" when finally logged in with yet another password, there is no connections listed.

I just would like to go back to playing the EA games I have bought...

It sounds like you may be resetting the password for the wrong EA account if you're not ever receiving that email. You can check if you're using the correct account by logging in here and seeing if your Xbox gamertag is showing under the Connections section. If your gamertag does not show here, that means you're logging in with the wrong email.

If you need help locating the account that your gamertag is currently attached to, you'd need to reach back out to live support- we wouldn't have access to your account details here on AHQ to look into this with you. That sounds like your Xbox gamertag is already linked to an EA account in that case- and when you're being prompted to reset the password, you're resetting it for the wrong EA account. You would need to check some of your other emails for that password reset to locate what account your Xbox gamertag is currently attached to, or you can reach back out to live support so they can help you locate that account.

You're not going to be able to link the gamertag to a different EA account if it's already linked up to another EA account.&nbsp;
