Summarize your bug Every time I go to open a game through the EA App, it never launches. I get the "preparing game" message, another instance of the EA app pops up in the task bar for half a second, then the game never launches. I've tried multiple different fixes and nothing works.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, the app does not work.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game does not launch
What do you expect to see? An app that actually allows me to play the games I've purchased.
