Can't create an account

Product: The EA app
Platform:PC
Error Report ID (learn how to create an Error Report ID in the sticky post) Idk
Which client functionality are you experiencing this bug with? Player Profile
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Today
Summarize your bug Can't create an ea account
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Creating an EA account
What happens when the bug occurs? Says "we're experiencing technical difficulties try again later"
What do you expect to see? It get fixed

I've seen this issue all over the internet, but no one seems to have a fix, I can't create an account, whenever I do a "we're sorry we are having technical issues" shows up

I've tried using a VPN...

I've tried using different devices 

I've tried using different wifi connections

I've tried using a mobile hotspot

I've tried reseting and rebooting my devices 

I've tried using a manual DNS & IP

I've tried using every EA login app imaginable 

Literally nothing works, is there not a fix to this?

    @PaperPortal25 Hey, wanted to reach out to you and see if you were still running into an issue. Can you take a screenshot of any errors you get when you try to create an account?

    Hey hey,

    I got a simular issue where my friend cant create a account
    The EA ID is not accepted
    We tried several names even her reallife name.
    Linking it with steam worked but then trying to login doesnt work at all.
    To be honest reading searching for this issue on  google or the support page i can see the security to make account feel rather crap.

    @ItsMeFoolio Hey, we need your friend to post their info here. Troubleshooting through another player is a bit tougher to do. We need more info from them on why they cant. It could be a simple cache problem or a site problem.

    Can you explain to me how she can post a if she has no account? Only solution is via my account as I have one.
    Please advise.

    @ItsMeFoolio So they would have to either create an account or contact live support and have them look into this with them.They are also able to assist her with this over chat if need be.

    Hey Shepard,

    When starting live chat I have the following issue (see screenshot)
    Its like you guys dont like helping (SAD FACE)

    Just a note: 

    tried doing this on 2 computers and tried via Chrome, Opera and Safari via Iphone

    @ItsMeFoolio Try this link and make sure you chose to not log in. I tested it with random info and not being logged in at all was able to choose PC in the dropdown. If it doesn't let you, change the options and see which ones do give you the drop-down option. All you really need is to get the chat up, they will do the rest with you.
