Hi!

I want to download the sims 4 on my computer and I have downloaded the EA app. I´ve also put the game in my library but when I try to download it it just says "preparing". I sat for hours yesterday and it just said "preparing" all that time.

I don´t know what to do, please help me I really want to play the sims 4.
