Can't edit my profile in the EA App, showing an old name under my actual name

Hello. I just installed the EA app and was going through my friend list when I noticed an old name I haven't used in years was being displayed under my actual name. I want to get rid of this because ...

EA_cuervo​ Changed back to old name on FC26 Web App. I changed my name over a year ago took ages to change to my current one on web and companion app now its changed back to my old one again.
