Cant play FIFA

I contacted Steam - they can't refund game if I played more than 2 hours

and yes, I played 180 hours.

But Steam just mediator - you sold unplayable game.

I played 3 months, then I waited 1 month for fix (and tried to find workarounds).

I don't want to wait another month or monthes or just FIFA 24 to buy it again..

3 months of 12 (fifa released every year) so it's ok if i get my 75% money back

Do something with it, together with steam.

And again, you sold product and it broke then. You can't fix it, so get my money back

I think you did not understand the problem.

Steam can't refund because I played a lot - 180 hours.

You just completely broke the game and it is unfair to pc gamers.

What I see:

1. You just not reply (steam community and some topics here)

2. OR You suggest to try some common things like reinstall app, game, clear cache etc.

3. OR people try to hack the launch in some way (admin permissions, install certificate, etc.)

I see comments like " I bought Fifa on 9/29/2022 and still cant play" or "i havent been able to play in 3 weeks"

and I can confirm such problem - I can't play more than month!

And again:
I bought the game and it worked for me.

Someday YOU broke the game

Steam can't refund because I played a lot and it's true

So please do something. It's your fail, not steam. You broke the game, please give my money back!

Before creating my topic I tried different things I found at this forum.

I tried them several times every weekend hoping EA did some fix.

Actually you can reread my first post here for what I tried.

I think EA as a game creator just had misled me. I thought I could play the whole year. Instead of it I spend my time trying to run it, the game is broken.

It is not ok in 2023 have to have such problems in the game with such price 3-4 months after release.

@EA_Darko So I understand correctlr?

1. You will not refund because because I purchased the game at steam?

2. You think it is ok to broke the game and do nothing? It's your fault, just take my money back, there is no steam problem.

We are happy to help with troubleshooting steps on AHQ but if you are looking for a refund for a game you purchased on Steam then you will need to speak with their support in relation to this.
